MMABATHO – Selati Super Cup sponsors, Tsb sugar recently took all Selati cup participants to the Telkom Charity soccer show held in Mmabatho.

This year’s Selati cup Champions Schoemansdal Junior Aces and runners up, Mangweni Manchester were amongst the dignitaries who traveled to the far North.

Selati Cup facilitator, Kenneth Phiri said their aim was to expose the local players to bigger stage.
“Our main aim was to expose our local boys to much competitive football, so that they may gain experience,” said Phiri.

This year’s charity spectacular show included two Soweto giants, Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs.
Bloemfontein Celtics and Platinum Stars also traveled to the far North to entertain soccer lovers.
Junior Aces player Musa Sapula said he learned a great deal from the games he watched in the city of the sun.

“I have learned a lot, I am sure I am going to play much better for my team and I m hoping to be spotted and get a chance to play for one of the Premier Soccer League teams,” said Sapula.
