NELSPRUIT – Mpumalanga MEC for Sports, Arts, Culture and Creation, Jabu Mahlangu, believes that preparations for the 2010 Soccer World Cup are up to standard and on track. He stressed in his Policy and Budget speech that this province is on track and ahead of schedules as per FIFA requirements. He said that his department has already set aside money for the preparations of this global showpiece and is working with other stakeholders to ensure that all programmes related to the World Cup are catered for.
