NGWENYENI- Dagga with an estimated street value of R5 000 was found in this place and two men have been arrested. They were both charged with cultivation of dagga. Tonga Police’s Inspector Mthunzi Moyane said they discovered the plantation during police patrol over the past weekend.

The two men’s case was postponed to an unknown date after their appearance before the Tonga Magistrates Court on Thursday.
